Using the site

You may browse Virtual Harar freely. To send a booking request, write a review or save places you need an account. Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Bookings

A booking is a request between you and the provider. Virtual Harar shows the listing, calculates the price and passes the request on; the provider decides whether to accept it. The cancellation conditions you accepted are kept with your booking.

Reviews

Only guests with a completed booking can review it. Write honestly and about your own stay. We may decline reviews that are abusive, unrelated or not about the listing.

Providers

Providers are responsible for what their listings say and for the service they give. We may hide a listing or suspend a provider while we look into a problem.

Photos and content

Photographs on this site are credited on the photo credits page. Please do not copy the site's content without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted when you registered is recorded on your account.
