What we collect

We collect the minimum personal information needed to run a service you ask for. We do not collect extra sensitive information because it might be useful later.

On this website, the registration and account forms store your email address, name and booking requests you send. It records that you agreed to the terms. It does not store your IP address.

Location

Sharing your location is off by default. It only starts if you choose a feature that needs it, after we explain why, who can see it, how precise it is and how long it lasts. You can stop at any time, and it ends on its own. Browsing, booking or holding a visitor card never turns it on.

Visitor cards

An optional visitor card carries a random code only. It holds no personal details, payment details or travel history, and it is not a location tracker. A lost card can be revoked and replaced with a new code.

Who can see your data

Access is limited by role, purpose and assignment, and sensitive access is logged. Reports for tourism management use aggregate figures by default. Information is shared with an institution only through an approved process.

Keeping and deleting data

Retention periods will follow an approved policy. You can ask us to delete the details you gave us.
